Instructions:

If you haven’t set up your Google Apps for Education Account yet, it only takes a few minutes and a few simple steps. By doing this, you will be able to open documents and collaborate with others who are sharing with you in the district.

Step 1: Resetting Your Password

Your new Google account is setup to use the same password as your MVSD computer login. However, in order to train the system we need you to change your password.


Option 1: From your District computer (except Macs)

1. Log into the computer as yourself (if you haven't already)
2. simultaneously press [CTRL]+[ALT]+[DEL]
3. Click on the "Change Password..." button
4. Follow the on-screen directions for changing your password

Option 2: From anywhere

2. (hint: this Exchange tool works for accounts both with and without Exchange email addresses)
   • If the link doesn’t work, cut-and-paste this URL into your browser:

3. Follow the on-screen instructions for changing your password
4. (hint: your "user name" and "current password" are your District computer login credentials)

Step 2: Logging Into Google

1. Go to any Google App start page (i.e. mail.google.com), or click here
2. login using your MVSD Google credentials
3. User name
4. Students: username@students.mvsd320.org
5. where username is your District login.
6. (hint: the complete email address is required)
7. Password: your District password (hint: you just reset this in Step 1)

Some goals for you for the first few weeks of French class:

1. I can ask questions about other people.
2. I can respond to others about myself.
3. I can identify different regions and their specialties in France.
4. I can use some verbs to create sentences.
5. I can identify flags from different francophone countries.

Please review numbers, colors, your alphabet and vocabulary from French 1. (There are great resources on the French 1 page)
